What we collect
- Account details: name, username, email or phone number, and a hashed password.
- Profile details you add: photo and bio.
- Device and sign-in information such as browser, approximate device type, IP address and sign-in times.
- Security logs of important account actions.
Why we collect it
To run your account, keep it secure, show you who is on ChatlyHub, and prevent abuse.
Who can see it
Other people see your name, username and bio. In Settings you choose who sees your photo and last seen time, and whether people can find you by username.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. Security logs are kept for a limited period to protect the service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, change privacy settings, sign out other devices and block people from within the app.
